Legendary Rightful Sovereignty Requires Attunement

Golden King’s Insight:

The pendant grants unparalleled clarity and wisdom. While wearing it:

• You have advantage on Insight, Perception, and Persuasion checks.

• You gain the ability to cast the Commune spell once per long rest, allowing you to seek guidance from celestial beings aligned with your kingdom’s ideals.

Royal Aegis:

As a reaction when you or an ally within 30 feet takes damage, you can create a protective barrier of radiant energy. The target gains temporary hit points equal to 2d10 + your Charisma modifier. This ability can be used three times per long rest.

Enhanced Properties (Post-Attunement)

When attuned, the Pendant of the Golden King unlocks its full potential, empowering the wearer with divine authority.  

Beacon of Unity:

The aura of sovereignty expands to 60 feet. Allies within the aura gain immunity to being frightened or charmed, and their attack rolls and saving throws gain an additional +2 bonus.

Divine Decree:

Once per long rest, you can issue a divine command as an action. All creatures of your choice within 120 feet must make a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save:

• Hostile creatures are stunned for 1 minute as the weight of your command overwhelms them.

• Allies are filled with resolve, gaining 5d10 temporary hit points and advantage on all attack rolls and saving throws for 1 minute.

Legacy of the Golden King:

If you die while wearing the pendant, your body is enveloped in golden light, preserving it from decay and granting your kingdom an aura of protection. For one month following your death:

• The pendant creates a magical barrier over your capital city or seat of power, preventing hostile entry.

• Your chosen successor (if designated) gains temporary attunement to the pendant until they officially assume the throne.

Special Ability: Coronation of Light

Once per long rest, you can activate the pendant’s full power to unite your allies and strike fear into your enemies. For 1 minute:  

• Allies within 120 feet gain advantage on all saving throws and heal 10d10 hit points over the duration.

• Hostile creatures within the same radius must succeed on a DC 22 Charisma saving throw or be frightened and unable to approach you.

• You radiate bright light in a 60-foot radius and dim light for an additional 60 feet. Creatures in the bright light are blinded for the duration unless they succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw.

When the effect ends, you must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or be incapacitated for 1 minute due to the strain of channeling such immense power.
