Legendary Heart’s True Aim

Arrows of Passion:

When you hit a creature with an arrow from Arc d’Amour, you can choose to deal psychic damage instead of piercing damage. The target must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be overwhelmed by intense emotions. Choose one effect: Love: The target becomes charmed by you or a creature of your choice for 1 minute. Desire: The target gains disadvantage on all attacks against anyone except you for 1 minute. Jealousy: The target must use its next action to attack an ally of its choice within range.

Whisper of Longing:

While wielding the Arc d’Amour, you gain advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Charisma (Performance) checks.

Guiding Heart:

You can cast Locate Creature once per long rest, focusing on someone deeply loved or longed for by you or another creature.

Enhanced Properties (Post-Attunement)

Harmony’s Arrow:

You can fire an arrow that releases a burst of soothing energy. All creatures of your choice within a 30-foot radius of the target must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they take 6d10 radiant damage and are incapacitated for 1 round as they are overwhelmed by feelings of peace. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not incapacitated.

Unyielding Devotion:

Allies within a 30-foot radius of you gain +2 AC and advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed while you wield Arc d’Amour.

Arrow of Union:

Once per long rest, fire an arrow that creates a radiant tether between two creatures within 60 feet of each other for 1 minute. While tethered, any healing or damage done to one is shared with the other.

Special Ability: Divine Arrow of Love and Loss

Once per long rest, you can invoke the Divine Arrow of Love and Loss, channeling the pure essence of Edona into a single, perfect shot:  

• Choose a target within 300 feet and fire. The arrow splits into two radiant streaks, striking the target and one creature of your choice within 30 feet of it.

Both creatures must make a DC 22 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save:

• They are charmed by each other for 1 hour and are compelled to protect one another, gaining +3 AC while within 10 feet of each other.

• If either is harmed, they both share the damage equally.

If one dies while the effect persists, the survivor is overcome with grief, becoming incapacitated for 1 minute.
