Varies Ultimate Bad Guy

Summon the Bad Guys:
  As an action, you can use the Bad Guy Necklace to summon a creature from the shadows or your imagination. The creature is friendly to you and obeys your commands. Choose one of the following forms: Closet Creeper Shadow Puppy Spooky Crab
Fear to Friend:
  When you use the necklace on a hostile creature that is a monstrosity, aberration, or beast, the creature must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by you for 1 minute. If the creature fails by 5 or more, it becomes your loyal companion until dismissed or slain.
My Own Bad Guy:
  Once per short rest, you can summon a custom creature of your imagination. The creature’s stats are determined by the DM but reflect a CR equal to your level divided by 2 (rounded up).

Enhanced Properties (Post-Attunement)

Team of Trouble:
You can summon up to 3 creatures with the necklace at a time, each with a CR equal to or less than half your level.
Imagination’s Armor:
While attuned, all creatures summoned by the necklace gain +2 AC, resistance to nonmagical damage, and advantage on saving throws against fear and charm effects.
Bad Guy Barricade:
Once per short rest, you can command a summoned creature to create a barrier of shadowy tendrils or spiked bone, forming a 20-foot-radius area of difficult terrain. Creatures of your choice must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 4d10 piercing damage and be restrained until the end of their next turn.

Special Ability: Ultimate Bad Guy

Once per long rest, you can invoke Ultimate Bad Guy, summoning a massive, monstrous avatar of your imagination to fight by your side: Ultimate Bad Guy The creature remains for 1 hour or until reduced to 0 HP, after which it dissolves into shadows.

The Bad Guy Necklace is a humble leather leash resembling a child’s playful attempt at crafting something ominous. Its handle features crude, glowing runes that twist and dance like shadows. Despite its seemingly juvenile design, this leash carries the divine magic of Jovia, goddess of Youth, Childhood, Peace, and Joy.

This artifact channels the innocence of a child’s imagination, turning the fearsome “bad guys” lurking under beds and in closets into allies. With the Bad Guy Necklace, the wielder can summon and tame creatures born of their creativity—or the nightmares of others—transforming terrors into protectors.
