While Mrs. Lady Pretty Doll is in your possession, creatures of hostile intent must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw to attack you. On a failed save, they hesitate, overcome with a fleeting sense of nostalgia or joy.

Youthful Whimsy:

Once per short rest, you can hold the doll and point it at a creature within 60 feet, forcing them to make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature’s mind temporarily regresses to that of a toddler for 1 minute:

• The creature loses access to complex reasoning and speech.

• All Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma checks and saving throws are made with disadvantage.

• The creature cannot cast spells requiring concentration.

Playful Aura:

Allies within a 30-foot radius of you are bolstered by the doll’s aura of peace and joy, gaining advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed and healing 1d8 hit points at the start of their turns.

Enhanced Properties (Post-Attunement)

Regressive Lullaby:

While attuned, you can use the doll to cast Sleep at will. The spell’s effects are enhanced to target creatures of any hit point total, prioritizing those with the highest hit points.

Innocent Spirit:

While attuned, you cannot be frightened or charmed, and hostile creatures with a CR of 5 or lower must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw to willingly attack you.

Return to Innocence:

Once per short rest, you can point the doll at a creature and use an action to fully regress them to the form of a toddler for 1 minute. The creature’s size changes to Tiny, and they gain the physical and mental abilities of a typical human toddler:

• They can move at half their speed, and their Strength and Dexterity scores are reduced to 4.

• They cannot cast spells or use abilities requiring speech or coordination.

• The effect ends early if the creature takes damage.
