Supreme Agility:

Gain advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks and saving throws. You can take the Dash action as a bonus action.

Victory Leap:

Your jump distance is tripled, and you suffer no damage from falling while wearing the boots.

Winged Flight:

The boots grant you a flying speed equal to your walking speed, allowing you to hover effortlessly. You can remain airborne indefinitely while wearing the boots.

Unstoppable Charge:

If you move at least 30 feet in a straight line toward a target and hit with a melee attack, the target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and take an additional 2d10 bludgeoning damage.

Enhanced Properties (Post-Attunement)

Once attuned, the Boots of Victory unlock their full divine potential, granting unparalleled speed, agility, and dominance.  

Fleet of Foot:

Your base walking speed increases by an additional 20 feet.

Aerial Supremacy:

While flying, you gain resistance to nonmagical ranged attacks.

Momentum of Triumph:

After taking the Dash action, you can make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action. If this attack hits, it deals an additional 4d10 radiant damage.

Evasion of the Victor:

When subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you take no damage on a successful save and only half damage on a failed one.

Special Ability: Burst of Victory

Once per long rest, you can activate Burst of Victory, channeling divine energy into a surge of triumphant speed and agility for 1 minute:  

• Your speed doubles.

• You gain immunity to nonmagical damage.

• At the start of each of your turns, you can choose up to 3 creatures within 60 feet. Those creatures gain temporary hit points equal to your level and have advantage on attack rolls until the start of your next turn.

When Burst of Victory ends, you must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 6d10 psychic damage as the overwhelming power leaves your body.
