A creature that drinks a full dose of this milk feels no immediate effects. After 3 ( 1d4 ) hours, it must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or take 28 ( 8d6 ) poison damage and become poisoned for 13 ( 2d12 ) hours. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not poisoned.

This poison affects only creatures with human lineage. Non-humanoids are unaffected. Humanoids without human ancestry are immune. Creatures of mixed heritage that include human blood (such as half-elves) have resistance to this poison damage but still suffer the poisoned condition on a failed save.

Ingested. A creature must consume an entire dose to suffer its effects. The poison can be delivered through food or drink. At the GM’s discretion, a partial dose may grant advantage on the saving throw or reduce the damage.

This milk is obtained from a goat that consumed Weeping Hunchback within the previous day. It smells sweet and wholesome, though its taste carries a faint, unsettling bitterness.
