  • Blade

  •   Maneuvers
  • Carry the Momentum - If you miss the target with an Attack roll, you can bring the other end of the weapon back around and make another attempt at an Attack for 2d8 AP II Bludgeoning damage or 2d8 AP II Piercing damage, once per turn. Bludgeoning staggers the target, and Piercing damage can trigger the Hemorrhaging property.
  • Imparted Force - After moving 20 feet or more on your turn in a straight line towards an opponent, make a melee weapon attack. If successful, you deal an additional 1d8 bludgeoning damage on top of your normal attack. If attacking from a vehicle against an exposed opponent, the additional damage increases to 2d8 bludgeoning damage after moving 180 feet, or 4 hexes, on the vehicle.
  • Winding Meteor - As a Bonus Action, you wind up for your next Hammer attack on your turn. Add 5 feet of reach, increasing the distance to 20 feet. On a successful attack with the Hammer, you deal an additional 1d8 damage and automatically Stagger an opponent.
  •   Special Maneuvers
  • Concussive Strike - Step 5 feet towards a target of your choice within 15 feet and make an Attack against their head without your Proficiency Bonus. This additional movement does not provoke opportunity attacks. Upon a successful attack, you deal the rolled damage, the target is Dazed and has disadvantage on their attack rolls for 1 minute, and you return to the space you were originally standing in. Once you have successfully made an attack with this maneuver, you may not use it again until you finish a Short or Long rest.
  • Disarming Strike - After making a successful attack, you can spend a Bonus Action to attempt to force a weapon out of the target's hands. The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + Your Proficiency Bonus + Your chosen Ability Modifier or be disarmed. You may use this maneuver once per Short or Long rest.
  • Rounding Strikes - As an Action, make a number of attacks equal to either your Dexterity or Strength modifier, each dealing 2d8 AP II Bludgeoning damage. If two or more attacks succeed, the target is knocked prone and you have advantage on any remaining attacks with this maneuver. You may use this maneuver once per Short or Long rest.
  •   Special Properties
  • Armor Piercing II
  • Blunt Weapon - Deals double the rolled damage to Poise with the hammer portion.
  • Finesse
  • Hemorrhaging - Upon making a successful attack with the Rope Dart end of the weapon, a target must make a Constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Dexterity or Strength modifier (whichever was used for the attack), or take 1d8 Bleed damage.
  • Multiple Attack Types - When you make an attack, you can choose to use either the Hammer portion of the weapon or the Rope Dart portion of the weapon. If a target is within 5 feet of you, you may only make attacks with the Rope Dart's dagger portion.
  • Reach
  • Staggering - Upon making a successful attack with the Hammer end of the weapon, this weapon prevents a target from taking an Opportunity Attack until the start of your next turn.
  • Utility Grab - Can be used to grab onto objects up to 10 feet away and use them or swing from them.
  •   Weight: 3   Handling: 2-Handed

An ancient Reng Shue design, the Liuxing Hammer, otherwise known as a meteor hammer, combines the rope dart with a weighted end that is capable of imparting a great degree of destructive kinetic energy and keep spacing between the user and their opponent. Unlike other flail-type weapons, this weapon requires the user to use their full body motion to enhance the momentum of each swing. The rope dart component can also be used like a dagger where necessary. This flashy, but effective design was employed by highly specialized Reng Shue practitioners, and has recently made a comeback among the Red Vipers Sand Pirates.
