Runic. You can use this item as a Spellcasting focus.
When used as a Spellcasting focus, you gain +1 to your Spell Attack Modifier and Spell Save DC.

Find Friend. you can cast a variant of Find Familiar at 1st-level without expending a spell slot.
This variant differs in that, your familiar can take the form of:
Blink Puppy, small creature, Juvenile Mimic, micro-griffon, Porg, Pseudodragon, or Tiny Tarrasque.
Additionally, when you cast a spell with a range of touch, your familiar can not deliver the spell.
