Draconic Ancestry
Kobolds who are capable of breathing elements are often of high birth. They are considered blessed and meant for a higher purpose by Tiamat. It isn't uncommon for such gifts to emerge later in life, reasons for this and the source of the elements are unknown. Many of the Kobolds who develop such abilities are often encorperated into the Kobold Empire's Dragon Guard.
Prerequisites: Kobold Race
Benefit: Kobolds who choose this feat are blessed with the powers of true dragons. They have the benefits of the Draconic Ancestry features of the dragonborn race on PHB pg 32. You gain damage resistance and a breath weapon that aligns to your scale color.
Normal: Without this feat, Kobolds are incapable of dragon breathe.
