You feel the power of a thousand storms dance between your fingers as they spark with vibrant colors. They await your command.
As an action, you can choose a target up to 60ft away from you and make an attack roll (prof bonus + spellcasting bonus OR normal attack bonus + 1), on a hit you roll a d100 to decide the color and strength of the lightning. A 4, 44, 77, or an 88 are considered critical hits and send black lightning shooting from your fingertips. A crit drops the target to half of their current hit points, however on a 4 the creature drops to 0HP.
2 charges, resets after a long rest.
