Mind of Brildomeer in Dungeons & Dragons 5e

Mind of Brildomeer

Using the magical power of The Narrator's quill, you have shared your mind with multiple others. These minds hold much power, but also have a strong will of their own. You might be able to harness some of this power to aid you, or it may overwhelm you causing terrible catastrophes!

Features

Your mind homes multiple other powerful minds. You gain the following traits while you use your Borrowed Eyes feature.   Shield of the Guard. You may attempt to harness the shield of Brildomeer. Make a DC 12 Strength saving throw when you activate Borrowed Eyes, on a success you are able to harness the defense of the guard. For the duration, your Armor Class includes your Charisma modifier.   Duty of the Guard. When you use an ability granted to you by the Mind of Brildomeer, you must make a Strength saving throw with the DC determined by the feature. On a failure, the Mind of Brildomeer will take over your body and act for you for the remaining duration.   Strength is your spellcasting ability for any spell that you cast through these traits.

Sight of the Guard

5th-level trait You can cast Branding Smite with this trait on a successful DC 15 Strength saving throw. You can cast Branding Smite in this way a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.

Speed of the Guard

11th-level trait You can cast Steel Wind Strike with this trait on a successful DC 15 Strength saving throw. Once you do so, you can't cast it in this way again until you finish a long rest.   In addition, when you cast Branding Smite using the Mind of Brildomeer, you know the target's location while it is glowing, and the DC for the saving throw is reduced to 12.

Blade of the Guard

17th-level trait You can cast Blade of Disaster with this trait on a successful DC 17 Strength saving throw. Once you do so, you can't cast it in this way again until you finish a long rest.   In addition, you can now cast Branding Smite using the Mind of Brildomeer at will, and you no longer need to make a saving throw to cast Branding Smite using this trait.
