Heated Body. A creature that touches the lava atronach or hits it with a melee attack while within 10 feet of it takes 11 (2d10) fire damage. Illumination. The lava atronach sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. Trail of Flame. Anywhere the lava atronach walks it leaves a trail of flames behind itself. Anywhere it has walked since the end of it's last turn becomes difficult terrain for the duration and any creature that enters or starts it turn there takes 6 (1d10) fire damage. Explode (Recharge 4–6). The lava atronach causes a firey explosion using its action, any creature within 20 feet of the lava atronach must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d10 fire damage or half as much on a successful save. Explode on Death. The lava atronach explodes in a sphere of flames upon its death, any creature within 20 feet of the lava atronach when it dies must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 fire damage or half as much on a successful save.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6+5) slashing damage, plus 7 (2d6) fire damage. Fire Ball. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 60/120., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10+5) fire damage.
