Keen Smell. The cave bear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell. Rear up. The cave bear may use half of its movement speed to stand upright until the end of its turn, or if it grapples a target, until the grapple ends. While standing the cave bears movement speed is 0 and the bear has advantage on all Wisdom (Perception) checks.
Actions
Multiattack. The cave bear makes two attacks, one with it's claws and one with it's bite. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d6 + 5) piercing damage. Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8 + 5) slashing damage. Grapple (Standing Only). The bear makes a Strength check to grapple one target using both it's claws. While grappling the bear cannot make claw attacks but can bite as a bonus action.
