Innate Spellcasting. The alseid's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Hide in Plain Sight. The alseid has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide while it is in dense foliage like large bushes, tall grass, or thick hedges.
Magic Resistance. The alseid has advantage on saving throws against spells & other magical effects.
Speak with Beasts & Plants. The alseid can communicate with Beasts & Plants as if they shared a language.
Actions
Multiattack. The alseid makes two Vine Lash or two Thorn Burst attacks.
Vine Lash. Melee Attack Roll: +6, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) Slashing damage.
Thorn Burst. Ranged Attack Roll: +6, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) Piercing damage.
