Homebrew, Monster Manual (5.5e)
Spellcasting. The archpriest is a 12th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). It has the following spells prepared:
Multiattack. The archpriest makes three Sacred Crozier attacks.
Sacred Crozier. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5', one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 14 (4d6) radiant damage.
Holy Word (Recharge 4–6). Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 17, each enemy in a 20-foot Emanation originating from the archpriest. Failure: 21 (6d6) Radiant damage, and the target has the Stunned condition until the end of the archpriest's next turn. Success: Half damage only.
