Snap Back Daggers. A set of 6 daggers in a thigh strap that when thrown will return to the user upon their next turn.

Actions

Multiattack. Omar can use Halt. They then make three attacks, one with their Greatsword and two with their Snap Back Daggers.

Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d6+5) laceration damage.

Snap Back Daggers. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft. (thrown 20/60 ft.), one target. Hit: (1d4+8) puncture damage.

Halt. Each creature of Omar's choice within 60 ft. of them and aware of them must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom save or have their movement speed reduced to 0 ft. for 1 minute. A creature can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Halt for the next 24 hours. To be effected by Halt the targeted creature must have an Intelligence score of 4 or higher.

Bonus Actions

Bolster (Recharge 5-6). Omar Yenti can grant (2d8+4) temporary hit points to any ally within 30 ft. of them.

Reactions

Take Me. As a reaction to any creature within 30 ft. of Omar taking damage, Omar can move between the attacking creature and the creature taking damage and take the incoming damage for said creature, the damage dealt to Omar is halved regardless of whether it is magical or not.
