Unleash a searing bolt of arcane moonlight. Make a ranged spell attack against one creature. On a hit, the target takes 5d8 arcane damage. If you are in Moonkin Form, you may reroll one damage die.
Can be cast in Wild Shape.
At higher levels: Damage increases by 1d8 per slot level above 3rd. Available for: Druid
