Actions

Multi-Attack - The Stun Raptor attacks twice with its claws, and once with its bite, with each dealing 1d6 AP I Slashing damage. The Stun Raptor uses its Dexterity modifier for these attacks.   Pounce - The Stun Raptor leaps up to 30 feet with both of its leg claws extended. The target must make a Strength saving throw against a DC of 10 or be knocked prone and take 2d6 AP I Slashing Damage. The Stun Raptor can use its Pounce to leap onto a moving vehicle.

Bonus Actions

Blinding Flash - The Stun Raptor emits a blinding flash from its head. Targets that can see the Stun Raptor must make a Dexterity Saving throw against a DC of 15 or be blinded and be unable to take Reactions until the end of their next turn. After using this ability, the Stun Raptor must recharge with a 1d6 roll, regaining its use on a 4 or higher.   Full-Bore Sprint - While chasing a vehicle, the Stun Raptor sprints up to 45 miles an hour (9 Hexes) for a duration of 3 turns. After using this ability, the Stun Raptor must recharge with a 1d6 roll, regaining its use on a 4 or higher.

The Stun Raptor, otherwise known as the Andakhar-Shaitan (अन्धकार-शैतान) in Khar-Kushak, is a divergent mutation of lower-order draconids, whose movement is not unlike theropods or large flightless birds like the cassowary or emu. They often hunt in packs of four or more, communicating through sort of 'vocal' cavities in their upper nasal passages and simplistic psychic suggestion, as they are completely eyeless. They use their enhanced senses of psychic detection to identify nearby life, and utilize a form of rapid-fire clicks for echolocation. Their inner ears are intensely sensitive, and making loud, high pitched and harsh noise seems to be the best deterrent.   They tend to emerge from burrows in the sand dunes at dusk to hunt for other, smaller prey.   It has a similar unhinged lower jaw configuration to the G-Class monster, the Kuthban-Tinin, or Dunewyrm so that it can gorge on larger prey items more easily, but that's not the most bizarre part of its physiology.   It utilizes large photophoric, petal-shaped flaps that wrap around its elongated, reptilian skull, which the creature extends outwards radially from its head and then activates while simultaneously emitting a sort of primitive psychic attack, hence the Stun Raptor name, or 'Blinding Devil' as it is sometimes called. When its petal-like flaps retract, it reveals an almost skeletal frame of its head underneath, which is coated in a similar skin to the inside of one's mouth, and is almost always coated in saliva. The portion of the head inside the flaps is almost entirely its jaws, but the cranial case sits behind the hinge where the flaps are.   It also retains its pre-cataclysm adaptations and weapons of war. Its forelimbs end in almost hand-like grasping claws, and its legs also boast two large, retractable hook-like claws meant to dig into larger prey items that couldn't outrun the group. Previously, these lower-order draconids were smaller and less agile, and were often regarded a pest that would steal goats or domestic fowl at night. Sometimes they would catch a lost cow. They now have a taste for hominids.   Their other major and honestly terrifying adaptation is that they are capable of sprinting up to 45 miles an hour, but this is not sustainable over great distances, so they will often stalk prey at a much more comfortable cruising speed of around 15 to 20 miles an hour.
