Whispers on the Wind. Naila knows the Gust and Message cantrips. Her spellcasting ability for these is Intelligence (spell save DC 14).
She can cast Feather Fall and Fog Cloud each once per day, without requiring material components.
Cunning Action. On each of her turns, Naila can use a bonus action to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn). Naila deals an extra 10 (3d6) damage when she hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of Naila that isn't incapacitated and Naila doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Actions
Multiattack. Naila makes two shortsword attacks.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.
Hidden Dagger. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) piercing damage.
Reactions
Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that Naila can see hits her with an attack, she can use her reaction to halve the attack's damage against her.
Misdirect. When a creature Naila can see targets her with an attack, she can use her reaction to force the attacker to make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the attacker must choose a new target for the attack. The new target must be within the attack's range. This ability cannot be used again until she finishes a short or long rest.
