Heal another creature within 30 ft for 5d10 HP
Force another creature to make a Constitution saving throw, taking 5d10 necrotic damage on a failure or half as much on a success.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage and healing increase by 1d10 for each slot level above 5th.
