Benefits

Choose one of the following:   Fast Shifter: Your beast shape 1 can be cast as a swift action instead of a standard action. At 5th level, your beast shape 1 is at will.   Animal Soul: Your beast shape 1 form is your default form, and you may instead become an elf once per day. At 5th level, you may become an elf at will.   Complex Shifter: Your beast shape instead acts as beast shape 2. At 5th level, you may cast your beast shape 2 at will.
