After one week without drinking any blood, Kreschia's voice will start to creep into your head and causes you negative conditions until you can feed her thirst. A success or a critical success will not bring this condition down until your character can drink blood; a success or critical success will only prevent you from worsening the conditions. Based on your last feeding, more blood may be required before Kreschia is satiated.
Saving Throw Will DC varies based on last time you drank blood; Onset 1 day; Stage 1 fatigued; Stage 2 fatigued, and drained 1 that cannot be removed; Stage 3 fatigued, drained 2 and stupefied 1 that cannot be removed; Stage 4 drained 2 and stupefied 2 that cannot be removed; Stage 5 confused that can't be removed, but you target the closest person with blood; Stage 6 Make a new character.
