Multiattack. agent 221 makes two attacks with his needler pistol or 4 attacks with his dagger.
dagger: Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 1D4+3 piercing damage.
Needler pistol (70 shots): Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 60/100 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (8D4) piercing damage.
Put out of misery (1/day): he makes a needler pistol attack against a creature with 1/4 of its hp, if this attack hits the creature instantly dies.
