4-level Evocation
You remove the air from a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point within range. Each creature that is completely within the sphere at the start of its turn must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 4d6 force damage and begins suffocating. On a successful save they take half as much damage and do not begin suffocating. Creatures that don't need to breathe automatically succeed on this saving throw.
For the duration, no sound can be created within or pass through the sphere. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere is immune to thunder damage, and creatures are deafened while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible there. The sphere instantly disperses and excludes fog and gas from its area.
