Centisis
Amphibious. The centisis can breathe air and water.
Stable Legs. The centisis many albeit deformed legs stabilize it. It has advantage on any roll made to avoid the prone condition. Additionally, it is unaffected by non-magical difficult terrain.Actions
Multiattack. The centisis makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its legs.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft., one creature. Hit: 6 ( 1d8+2 ) piercing damage.
Legs. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 6 ( 2d4+2 ) bludgeoning damage. If the target is below half health, they take an additional 3 ( 1d6 ) poison damage. Any creature who takes this damage is subject to the effects of Centisis Sting.
This massive creature has so many legs it appears hairy. On the left side of its body, the legs seem to grow out of proportion, the last dozen or so larger than all the others, giving it a lopsided look. Brown and white stripes travel the length of its segmented body and long, lionfish-esque spines erupt from its back at irregular intervals. The striped pattern extends onto its large legs. A pair of antennae rise above tiny black eyes, and a vertical mouth chomps angrily at the air. Two short legs near its face seem to have bristles or barbs of some kind on their ends.
