You have grown large wings on your back that allow you to fly at a speed of 10 meters per round. You cannot be carrying more than your encumbrance limit (normally 12 Kg) or you cannot take off. If you wish to do anything beyond just moving, you must first pass an Athletics check. Failing this check means that you cannot take whatever action you intended. If you fumble the check, you lose coordination and fall 10 meters. If you hit the ground, or something else on your path towards the ground, you take normal fall damage.
