A mammal shaped like a chicken, has wings but cannot fly. Has 3 fingered claw at end of wing, and two clawed "cat" paws with retractable claws for feet. The head of a dixtra is feline in nature, however its ear's are small and round like a mouse. Dixtra are largely non-threatening, and are almost always found domesticated. They range in colors from varying shades of white to brown, though most are a mix of these colors.
Dixtra naturally group together in the tall grasses of the plains, and eat small mammals and large grubs.
