You surround yourself with a bright flash of light that blinds and damages all who are looking at you.
When you cast this spell, all creatures within a 10ft burst take fire damage equal to 5d8 + your caster level and become blinded and stunned for 1 round. After the first round, the creatures are dazzled for the duration of the spell. A successful fortitude save halves the damage and negates the blinded, stunned, and dazzled conditions.
