1-level Evocation
You launch a missile made of electrical energy that
unerringly strikes a target that you can see within range.
The target takes 2d10 lightning damage. The target can
make a Constitution saving throw, taking half the damage
on a success.
At higher levels: At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell
slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10
for every slot level above 1st.
