Born a son of the Carmic Empire he like meany in the empire was conscripted due to his low wealth and statues at the age of 6 to become a legionary the average survival rate of the imperial taring is 2 in 6 after finishing this at the age of 18 Cato was assigned to the northern legions to defend the ice covered valleys of the northern territory after three campaigns cato raised through the ranks reaching Sargent at the age of 24 and then proceeding to commander leading army's passed the border on a camping on the northern tribes burning and plundering there villages forcing them to migrate into other lands after this cato has finished his time in the legion becoming a honorary citizen.
