Actions

Discordant Song.   The Potato sings a painfully high note that can shatter glass. All creatures in a 50 ft radius must make a CON save, taking 3d10+CHA Thunder Damage if they fail and half as much on a success.   Enchanting Song.   The Potato harmonizes itself and sings a hauntingly beautiful song. All creatures in a 50 ft. radius must make a WIS save, which when failed causes them to become charming   Aggravating Song.   The Potato sings very annoyingly or sings a song that is inherently annoying. All creatures must make a WIS saving throw. If failed, the creature may only attack the Singing Potato.   Tuber Attack.   The Potato makes a melee attack with one of its tubers. This has a 15 foot range and deals 1d8+1 Bludgeoning damage.   Multiattack.   The Singing Potato has 3 attacks. It first chooses one of its songs, and then gets 2 attacks with its tubers.

Reactions

Reflexive Tuber.   When struck with a melee attack, The Singing Potato can use a tuber attack on the creature that struck it.

The Singing Potato is a human-sized spud touched by the forces of chaos that never stops singing. Its singing is excessively annoying, and the stationary Potato is usually oblivious to its own horrid talents. Its singing causes immense headaches while its tubers smack any creature around that dares to try and attack.   Singing Potatoes can also be taken as familiars, which will stop and start singing at request of their master. A potato familiar will retract its roots and shrink to a tiny size to travel with its master, and many singing potatoes live their whole lives wishing to find the perfect master.
