Bladed Storm
The bladed storm is a mystical weapon crafted by one of The Nine.
The weapon is said to have some sentience and ability over lightning.
The weapon is two sides of sectioned blades like razors. They hook onto an opponent for an easy grapple.
Slash: 1d8+3 slashing damage, you can combo this into a grapple on the same turn, you can't do anything with the grapple through until the next turn. You get a +2 to the grapple check.
Lightning Blast: Shoot a bolt of lightning up to 20 feet away, does 2d6+ each level you have in a magic class.
Description: It's said it was created by the dwarf of The Nine, it's hidden somewhere in the south and hasn't been seen since the disappearance of the Halflings. It is said to have some sentience and magical ability, it's described as grumpy and only to reveal itself to magic users.
