You are the heir to a rich and powerful person. This means that you will inherit their titles and assets when they die. You will inherit the titles and riches once the holder dies or otherwise bestows them to you. This means that you will gain their Status and Riches traits in replacement for this trait. The person who holds the title has Status to a value of one higher than your Heir trait, signifying that while you receive some amount of recognition and status for being an heir, it is not equal to holding the actual title.
