Education

Ketana experienced her early education in the Denobulan Public Education System, graduating 3 years early at 14, and transfered immediately to the Vulcan Advanced Xenomedical School where she graduated with honours 4 years later. She then continued her education in Xenopsychology at the Vulcan Military Academy, graduating begrudgingly, almost against the will of the Tribunal, one for, one against and one who lectured her about the necessity of logic in Xenopsychology, and the dangers of lack of emotional control before finally decaring her knowledge adiquate and passing her. She then went on as an ensign in Starfleet, to do her Practical before finally receiving her posting aboard the USS Christa McAuliffe

Mental Trauma

Ketana's early development was in the cold, uncaring Vulcan household of her parents on Denobula. Her parents died in a shuttle accident when she was 10. She was raised by a Denobulan friend of her father named Perix and his wives Neela and Tusin and his husband Roril.
