Failure: 1d6 psychic damage at the start of the creture's turns, Speed reduced by 10 feet, AC reduced by 2 for 1 minute. The creature can make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw at the end of their turn to end the effect early.

As an action, the swords transform into a divine scale that appears behind the wielder and judges a creature within 120ft you can see. The scales weigh the creature's soul, memories, and sins.-Atonement Verdict: If the creature shows repentance or shame:
Regains 30 Hit Points, gains 10 temporary hit points, advantage on all saving throws, and advantage on their next ability check.
-Retribution Verdict: If the creature refuses to repent or embraces their sin:
Suffers disadvantage on all saving throws, loses 1 Constitution every round (minimum 1), and becomes silenced for the duration.
Duration: The verdict lasts 1 minute or until the scales are dismissed as a bonus action.
