This weapon counts as magical for the purposes of overcoming resistance to non-magical piercing, slashing and bludgeoning damage.
Lightning Enchantment. The weapon gives a static shock to the touch and dim blue light emenates from it in a 10-foot radius. The weapon has 3 charges. As a reaction immediately after being hit by an attack, the wielder can expend 1 charge and cause the attacker to take 1d4 lightning damage and, unless the attacker succeeds on a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC, lose concentration on any spell they are concentrating on. The weapon can be recharged using a filled lesser soul gem, or two filled petty soul gems.
