Battendo il Bastone del "Qui e La" a terra, apri un portale di 3 metri di diametro collegato ad un cerchio di teletrasporto permanente che si trova sullo stesso piano di esistenza di te. Un portale scintillante si apre e rimane aperto per 1 minuto o finché non batti nuovamente il bastone a terra. Qualsiasi creatura che entra nel portale appare istantaneamente entro 1,5 metri dal cerchio di destinazione o nello spazio non occupato più vicino se quello spazio è occupato. Dal portale può passare una sola creatura per volta ed al massimo di taglia grande. Eventuali oggetti trasportati dalle creature possono passare ma non è possibile far transitare un carro oggetti inanimati. Puoi creare il cerchio di teletrasporto permanente battendo il bastone a terra una volta al giorno, per 7 giorni consecutivi, nello stesso luogo. Se desideri cambiare il cerchio di teletrasporto permanente è necessario disattivare il precedente e poi attendere un anno prima di ripetere i 7 colpi. E' possibile aprire il portale verso il cerchio di teletrasporto permanente solamente 1 volta al giorno (ogni 24h)
