This golden colored thick liquid is a rare substance known as neuroleth nectar, harvested from a dead neuroleth. The liquid holds great neurological and psionic potential, and can permanently alter the brain of one creature which consumes it. Once consumed the nectar is permanently imbued in the creature and can not be extracted. The nectar grants the following changes:

Your Intelligence score can not be reduced in any way, nor can you suffer Intelligence damage in any way short of a Wish spell or similar magic.

Your Intelligence score is increased by 2, as does your maximum for that score.

Whenever you take psychic damage, you take an additional dice worth of psychic damage.

You can not become immune to psychic damage, treating immunity the same as resistance.

You become Psionically gifted, gaining access to various multiclass and magic item prerequisites.
