This horn has been harvested from or given to someone by a Mishipeshu. It has all the normal crafting functions of a Monstrosity Horn Component.
As an action you may throw this horn chunk at a point of your choice within 60 feet of you, breaking it. When broken, targets within 5 feet of where it breaks must make a DC 13 dexterity saving throw, becoming vulnerable to lightning damage for 1d4 rounds on a failed save. Targets who succeed their saving throw don't become vulnerable to lightning damage.
This metallic oxidized copper tree branch-like horn has been removed from the skull of a Mishipeshu. looking closely at it's scratched and grown surface, you can see untouched copper beneath the strangely shinning and smooth bluish green aged copper. Applying a moderate pressure reveals it's powdery fragility now that it has been removed from the Mishipeshu's skull.
This horn can be used to craft the following magic items; Sphere of Water Command, Diver's Armor, and Poison of Lightning Vulnerability.
