Charges: 2x User's Proficiency Bonus Special Maneuvers

Guard Block - Spend your Reaction to place the industrial tool between you and an opponent's melee attack. Raise your evasion by your Proficiency Bonus. You may perform this maneuver before damage is rolled and applied to attempt to deflect the attack. If your opponent misses as a consequence of you spending your Reaction, you take no damage. If they succeed in striking you, you only take half damage. You may use this maneuver a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per Long rest.

Rockbreaker - Whenever you make a successful attack, you can expend one charge to make your next attack against the same target deal an additional 1d8 Piercing damage.

Overdrive - Expend two charges as a Bonus Action to give the Rockhammer a stacking damage bonus of 2d8 instead of 1d8 Piercing for your next successful attack against the same target. Once you have made a successful attack roll, Overdrive ends. This makes the Rockhammer much harder to control, so your attack rolls that are made while Overdrive is active are without your Proficiency Bonus.

Special Properties

Anti-Armor - Deals unmitigated damage to vehicles, robotics, and constructs.

Armor Piercing III

Blunt Weapon - Does Double the rolled damage to Poise.

Demolition Tool - Can be used to break doors and walls by spending a charge.

Jackhammer - This weapon's attacks can stack damage if performed against the same target consecutively, up to a maximum of 4d8 Piercing damage. Each successful attack after the first against the same target using the Rockbreaker maneuver adds another stack of 1d8 Piercing damage. Using the Overdrive maneuver adds 2d8 Piercing damage.

Mining Equipment - Gives advantage on any checks to obtain materials from rocks by spending a charge.

Passive Recharging - On finishing a Long rest, this weapon regains all of its charges. On finishing a Short rest, this weapon regains 2 charges.

Handling: 1-Handed

Effectively a stubby, portable jackhammer conveniently held in one hand with extra utility for demolitions, this industrial tool allows the wielder to gather twice the mineral or metal materials. The RH-39 Rockhammer is a pneumatically operated repeating piledriver type device that runs on an electric engine. The weapon does additional damage with repeat attacks on the same target and is incredibly effective against inorganic or hardshelled opponents.
