This intricate arcane focus is constructed from a lattice of precisely cut Prismatic Aetherium and Harmonic Quartz held within a framework of conductive Astral Silver wire.

While holding this focus, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls. Additionally, when you cast a cantrip that deals damage, you can choose to change that damage type to thunder or lightning. The matrix also continuously emits a low-frequency resonance that interferes with the mental focus of those nearby. Any creature within 5 feet of you has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration on spells.
