Raiment of the Fading Leaf

This armor is crafted from treated autumn leaves that are as hard as steel but never crumble. While wearing this armor, your AC is 12 + your Dexterity modifier.

You can take the Hide action as a bonus action on each of your turns. You can try to hide when you are lightly obscured from the creature from which you are hiding.

Dissolution. When you are hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to dissolve into a swirl of leaves. You take no damage from the attack and magically teleport up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. Once this property is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
