Legendary Ritual of Light and Mist

Mistcaller’s Illusion:
As an action, you can summon an illusionary cloud of mist in a 30-foot radius centered on you for 1 minute. The mist obscures sight like the fog cloud spell, but you can create phantasms within it, visible only to creatures of your choice. Each creature must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or believe the phantasm is real, potentially causing them to act accordingly (e.g., fleeing from an illusory beast or cowering from a false storm).
Prismatic Dazzle:
When you hit a creature with a melee or spell attack using the staff, you can unleash a burst of rainbow light, forcing the target to make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is blinded until the end of its next turn.
Rainbow Mirage:
Once per short rest, you can create an illusory double of yourself that moves independently within a 60-foot radius for up to 10 minutes. The double mimics your actions and voice, confusing enemies and granting you advantage on Charisma (Deception) checks.

Enhanced Properties (Post-Attunement)

Vivid Illusions:
Your illusions become semi-real. When a creature fails a saving throw against an illusion you create, they take 3d6 psychic damage and have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks for the next minute.
Shimmering Veil:
You are perpetually surrounded by a faint, shimmering mist that grants you advantage on Dexterity saving throws and imposes disadvantage on attack rolls against you from ranged weapons.
Aurora Warden:
While holding Anradharc, you can use your reaction to create a prismatic shield when targeted by an attack or spell. The shield grants you +5 AC against the attack or gives you advantage on a saving throw. If the attack misses or you succeed on the saving throw, the attacker is dazzled, taking 4d8 radiant damage and being blinded until the end of their next turn.

Special Ability: Dance of Rainbows

Once per long rest, you can perform the Dance of Rainbows, channeling the full power of Anradharc into a dazzling spectacle of light and mist:
  • As an action, you create a 60-foot radius sphere of swirling rainbow light and mist centered on you for 1 minute.
  • Creatures of your choice within the area must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw at the start of their turns or be charmed or frightened (your choice) for the duration.
  • Illusions you create within the sphere are enhanced, dealing 6d10 psychic damage to creatures that fail their saving throw to disbelieve them.
  • All allies within the sphere are cloaked in mist, gaining advantage on attack rolls and resistance to all damage for the duration.
When the effect ends, the area is left with a gentle rain that calms and refreshes, removing exhaustion and healing allies for 2d10 hit points.

Anradharc, meaning "Shimmering Vision", is a staff imbued with the vibrant hues of rainbows and the ethereal beauty of mist. Its shaft is crafted from a pale, silvery wood that gleams faintly in moonlight, wrapped in colorful ribbons that shimmer like liquid light. The top of the staff is adorned with a crystalline prism, perpetually refracting rainbows that swirl within a thin veil of mist.

Forged by the goddess of Rain, Clouds, and Rainbows, Anradharc embodies the mystical power of rain’s aftermath, blending light and mist to create illusions so vivid they border on reality. This staff serves as a tool of inspiration and deception, bending perception to the wielder’s will.
