Legendary Reflection in the Rain

Tears of Renewal:

Once per short rest, you can summon a gentle rain in a 30-foot radius centered on you for 1 minute. Friendly creatures in the area regain 2d10 + your Wisdom modifier hit points at the start of their turn. Hostile creatures must succeed on a DC 16 Charisma saving throw or have their hostility quelled, unable to make attack rolls or cast harmful spells for the duration.

Prismatic Resilience:

As a bonus action, you can imbue an ally within 30 feet with a shield of rainbow light, granting them temporary hit points equal to 10 + your Wisdom modifier and immunity to being frightened or charmed for 1 minute.

Miststrider:

While wearing Croián Falla, you can move through difficult terrain created by natural elements (mud, water, overgrowth, etc.) without penalty. Additionally, you gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.

Enhanced Properties (Post-Attunement)

Aurora of Hope:

While attuned to Croián Falla, you emit a calming aura in a 30-foot radius. Allies within this aura gain advantage on Wisdom saving throws and recover from the frightened and charmed conditions at the start of their turn.

Rainbow’s Grace:

Once per long rest, you can create a radiant rainbow arch in a 60-foot radius around you for 1 minute. Allies within the area gain resistance to all damage types and heal for 1d10 hit points at the start of their turn. Hostile creatures within the area have disadvantage on attack rolls and take 4d10 radiant damage if they end their turn within the radius.

Cloudborne Step:

You gain the ability to cast Levitate at will. When in natural rain, you also gain the ability to cast Fly for up to 10 minutes once per long rest.

Special Ability: Veil of Renewal

Once per long rest, you can invoke the Veil of Renewal, blanketing the battlefield in a radiant storm of light and rain for 1 minute:  

• A 40-foot radius veil of shimmering rainbows surrounds you.

• Friendly creatures within the area gain immunity to all conditions and temporary hit points equal to 2d10 + your Wisdom modifier at the start of their turns.

• Hostile creatures entering or starting their turn in the area must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 6d10 radiant damage and be pushed back 10 feet.

• At the end of the duration, the rain lingers in the area for 10 minutes, purifying poisons and nullifying harmful magical effects.

Croián Falla (Heart of the Waterfall) is a pendant shaped like a prismatic raindrop, its surface swirling with ever-changing hues of light and color, as though capturing the heart of a rainbow within. Suspended from a delicate silver chain engraved with knotwork patterns, the artifact pulses gently with warmth and calm, reflecting the serene touch of the goddess of Rain, Clouds, and Rainbows.
