Weapon Art:

Lifehunt. Magic Melee Weapon Art: add Int +3 to hit, Targets all creatures within a 25 ft. cone. Hit: 4d10+3 Necrotic damage.

You gain Hit Points equal to the damage rolled. Any wasted HP becomes Temporary HP.

Complicated Properties

Arcane: You can use Intelligence as the modifier for this weapon.

Lacerating. When you deal at least 10 damage on a normal attack, the target must succeed on a con save or gain 1 level of exhaustion. DC 10 + 1/2 damage dealt

Sweeping. When you miss a melee attack, add +1 to the next damage roll you make on this turn.
